I bought this for my son inlaw and he loves it i also bought him the 110 volt drill.

This is the fourth time I have purchased from Big Sky. I do and will continue to tell friends and acquaintances about this company they stand behind there products and never mis-lead you with bogus descriptions.

This is the fourth drill of this type and voltage I've purchased. I bought it mostly for the new batteries. These 12 volt drills have been real work-horses for me in my window repair business. A few years ago I purchased an 18 volt lithium Hitachi, sort-of bronze colored and it was a dud. You sent me a voucher for new batteries but the new batteries were also bad and only held a short charge. The lithium is too vulnerable to cold weather and there is no warning when it is about to die. sj

Work like it was new...I was curious how a grade C was going to function? I think I may buy grade C for future purchases...it was worthy of gifting.

Product was received quickly and as described. Surprisingly, although the drill had a Grade C rating, it looked better than expected. The price was excellent. Less than the cost of a new battery for my old drill. Performance so far has been good.

The main thing is about the batteries... are they good working one? In this case, the batteries are good. They are NOT new but they are working as it should. They may have serviced the batteries but not sure because I didn't take it apart. It had to be because of the age since they discontinued this particular series of batteries. I bought this kit because my existing batteries are all dying and I needed better batteries to keep the impact driver going. My impact driver is still working perfect after 8 years of heavy duty usage... same for the batteries... lasted until this year. So these factory refurbished tools will last a long time too. The tools works perfect and is a nice addition to my impact driver. Other great thing about the Hitachi batteries... for this series is you can take it apart and replace just the dead cells and revive your battery pack. This newer battery charger is much more intelligent than my old one so it was also an excellent upgrade overall.

this is the 2nd reconditioned hitachi drill/driver & light combo the first one about 3yrs ago is still going strong. 1 battery had died. it was cheaper to buy another whole set! their products & service are 2nd to none! I will continue to be a customer here! oh btw you can't tell this is recon. you can't & won't go wrong here! AAAAAAAA+++++++++++

Great item and good price

Everything was included and in good shape but batteries wont hold a charge for even 5 minutes so I still had to buy new batteries elsewhere, they work great.

Very disappointed in battery life provided with drill. My family and company and I have6 impact drivers and wrenches purchased from you,but I've never had adril that held a charge for such a short time! Condon construction. Will seriously consider not purchasing any further rechargeable products from you because of the poor quality of batteries provided with this drill! Condon construction . Michael condon

It's a great drill I use it ever day at work and it has good power and it's very light, so it's not a strain on your hands. Flashlight not bad either.

The drill works good but I detected a slight clicking sound. May have a problem but not sure. Otherwise, the unit works good. Has very heavy use wear like a contractor had it. The whole kit cost what a new battery would cost so overall value was great.

The set was close to like new condition, with one defective battery that was replaced free of charge including the shipping both ways. This the second one I bought and I have been impressed with the power the drill has, the flashlight with an aftermarket LED bulb lasts 10 hours on one battery charge, great for power outages. Best buy in my opinion.

I like it, a little more worn than I thought but the light is very good. Had a smell of burning electrics but I hope that was left over from the reconditioning. So far no problems and pleased.

This was a great buy. I really just bought the kit to get the two batteries for my impact but when I use the drill it was great. So now I use this one along with my impact.

Great drill! Great deal! One of the batteries didn't hold a charge when I received the package, but a replacement was sent promptly and with no issues. Highly recommended!

I started using these drills after my DeWalt 14.4s walked off the truck all by them selves. While they don't compare favorably with the DeWalts, they do what I need them to do. Which is the assembly and repair of furniture. The hardest job I ask of these drills is to drive 3 1/2" lag bolts into pine, they do okay at that on the low rpm setting. Bottom line, I am happy with the price vs performance of these drills. I am also very happy with the customer service at Bigsky.

This is the second time I have bought this drill. Did not have any problems with the first one, (lost drill, my fault) So, I replaced it with the same model. I'm well pleased with service and delivery was in time frame quoted. I have recomended your co to my fellow employees. I would not hesitate to buy from your co again in the future.

the products I received quite old and worn out, I will not buy it if I saw it before I purchased it online, it came with burned charger, which I have to request a new charger. I dont know about grade C product, means used beaten up tool. I been thinking about order a EC510 but, quite scare to see what I will get.

I have had the drill a month, and I didn't get dud batteries right out of the box like some people complained about. The drill has some scratches on it but is completely functional. Well worth the price difference to get the grade C. I'm a bit nervous on how long the batteries will last, if they act up within the year, I'll get to find out how Hitachi stands behind their warranty.

I know it was grade c but I expected the condtion to be a little better.

2nd set I buy of this same kit. First drill still working, just needed a new battery and this had a new battery. Now I have a spare drill...Hitachi makes very decent tools.
