Neighbor ... great tools come in all sizes. The Hitachi WH10DFL impact driver is small in size, but is big at work. For most tasks, I no longer need air compressor, air hose, giant air tools. Work goes faster. Fasteners are tightened more evenly, so torque wrench is often not needed. I still use the torque wrench religiously, but it has become an insurance step. thanks, your neighbor :-)

This driver arrived in great condition. The only way I can tell it's reconditioned is that there are some initials scratched into the handle. The case is nice, and it came with 2 batteries that both had a charge. They seem to hold a charge well. I've used it to put slats in a wood gate, drill some 1/4" holes in brick, and attach OSB in my attic with 1.5" screws. It really only did well with the gate, but the other tasks were probably more than it was designed for. I kind of wish I'd picked up the 18v instead, but this is really nice for it's intended use.
