I was Very disappointed in this drill. C grade means somebody's trash that doesn't work. The chuck was locked tight all one way and couldn't be loosened by hand. Hand to get 2 vise-grips to get it unstuck. It is badly banged up. Does turn when plugged in but haven't tried yet to see what kind of torque it has. Know what you are getting with C-grade.
