Don't use yet, but condition is perfect, looks like new

This router was extremely well priced and the folks at Big Sky Tool couldn't hsve been more helpful

Works well and has been a great having soft start and lower noise level then most others.

A improvement would be a on-off switch on a handle. A light would be nice, I taped a flashlight to the side that had a long flexable end to light the bit. However the condition i received the product was great.

The Hatachi router that I purchased from CPO was a great buy. I use it with confidence and would recomend it to anyone who uses power tools.

This product looks and works as good as new. After shopping around I could see that this was an excellent value.

I just got it this week as I live overseas and my son brought it to me. I tried it out today on a chair that I am building and it worked great. I believe that we are going to have a great relationship. Thanks for a great product at a great price. Only thing that I don't care for are the 2 wrench bit tightening system. It is a little cumbersome to work it, but doable.

This was reconditioned, I understand that it wasn't new. All the parts - screws, bushings, everything, were just loose, bouncing around inside the case. Everything was dirty & greasy, my hands were black just from unpacking. Those things I could have lived with considering the savings. Instead of a plunge and fixed base it was sent with 2 fixed bases, no plunge base. No matter how cheap I didn't need that. Makes me wonder how qualified the 're-conditioners' are if they can't even tell the router bases apart. I never even turned it on or used it. I returned it and received a full refund. Customer service did a good job, thank you. But I had no router. You definitely lost a sale and very likely a costumer. Although I won't broadcast my experience, I have no problem relating this if anyone asks for feedback or opinions on the various woodworking forums and web sites that I frequent.

This is a great deal for the money. You can't touch a router with both a plunge and fixed base for at least $100 more. I've built several things from sheds to shelves and it works great. Currently I am building a router table to mount it to. I would reccomend it to anyone looking for a router.

Router is attached to my CNC table. It's worked well for the past year, I've put about 30 hours use on it. But I think the bearings are starting to go. For light use around the shop, it a very light, and quite router.

Works great and was in A1 condition. Easy and smooth to use.

I researched this router before buying and got a great price on the reconditioned unit. Looked like new and runs great. You can see that I've had it for more than a year. It works well in a table or manually (comes with fixed and plunge bases). I like the soft start feature. Comes with one-quarter and one-half-inch collets.

My router came to me just as advertised. It was in great shape with all the accessories in place. The shipping was in a very timely manner and I would most definitely do business again. All in all, I would say Five Stars.

This is a grat router, I love it. It is quiet , has plenty of power. I like the case that has three bases and all the different guides included.

I ordered this router a year an a half ago, and it is still working perfectly. It has been used for hundreds of yards of work with no problems whatsoever.

With a one year warranty on your reconditioned tools which is as good or better than other brands on new tools how can you go wrong. I used the router to build raised panel doors for our kitchen and it preformed excellent. Great tool- Great price.
