Tough and plenty of torque. A nice addition to my toolbox. Be careful if you are tightening fasteners without a torque stick, as this tool is capable of stripping threads or snapping fasteners if used in a careless manner. Another nice buy for me from Big Sky.

The product is fine, as far as the person I talked to on the phone about the batteries he needs to get the proper information before he tells a customer. They don't fit the tools in a combo kit. Thank You

Have been using this gun for over a year now with no problems. Great for confined working conditions. Wish it had just a little more sac to loosen bigger bolts.
